Job Description

We are looking for an SEO & AI Search Specialist who understands modern search beyond traditional SEO. The ideal candidate should be proficient in SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and digital marketing, with a strong understanding of how search is evolving through AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, and other AI search experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic rankings, traffic, visibility, and conversions.
- Implement AEO strategies to optimize content for featured snippets, People Also Ask, voice search, and direct-answer results.
- Develop GEO strategies to improve brand visibility and mentions across AI-powered search engines and LLMs.
- Conduct keyword research, search-intent analysis, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, blogs, metadata, internal linking, and on-page SEO elements.
- Create strategies focused on brand authority, topical relevance, entity optimization, and trust signals.




- Monitor how brands appear across Google, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and other AI search platforms.
- Collaborate with content, social media, and development teams to create search-focused content and improve website performance.
- Track and analyze SEO, AEO, and GEO performance using relevant tools and analytics platforms.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, AI search trends, SERP changes, and emerging digital marketing practices.
- Identify opportunities to increase organic visibility, qualified traffic, leads, and overall digital presence.

Required Skills
- Robust understanding of Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, and Local SEO.
- Hands-on knowledge of AEO and GEO.
- Understanding of AI-powered search and LLM visibility strategies.
- Strong keyword research and search-intent analysis skills.
- Knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEO tools such as Ahr
