Role Description
The Founder will lead STACKMIND TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED’s overall vision, strategy, and execution in a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining the company’s product and service roadmap, making key business and technology decisions, and overseeing operations across functions such as engineering, sales, marketing, and finance.



The Founder will build and mentor the core team, establish efficient processes, and foster a collaborative, inclusive work culture. The role also involves managing stakeholder relationships, including clients, partners, and investors, as well as ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and financial requirements. The Founder is expected to monitor market trends, identify new opportunities, and guide the company through different stages of growth.
