Job Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through social media and voice channels.
Provide accurate resolutions and ensure a positive customer experience.
Assist customers with service and account-related concerns.
Follow process, quality, and productivity standards.
Maintain professional communication with customers.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 1 year of International BPO Voice Process experience is mandatory.
Graduate candidates only.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
Willing to work in rotational shifts.

Location: Gurgaon
Process: Social Media – Blended Process
CTC: Up to ₹4.40 LPA
In-Hand: Up to ₹29,000 per month
Monthly Allowance: ₹6,000
Total earning potential: Up to ₹35,000 per month
Shift: Rotational
Transport: Both-side cab facility
