Location: Dadu Medical Centre – Rajouri Garden / Vasant Vihar
Shift Timings:
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

(All Sundays will be working; Week off will be on weekdays)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and presentable Front Desk Executive to manage the reception area, handle patient queries, and ensure smooth coordination between departments at Dadu Medical Centre.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage patient appointments, scheduling, and follow-ups.
- Handle incoming phone calls and inquiries efficiently.
- Manage OPD operations and patient flow efficiently.
- Maintain patient records and ensure data accuracy in the system.
- Coordinate with doctors and other departments for appointment management.
- Manage billing, receipts, and payments at the front desk.




- Handle daily reports and maintain the front office checklist.
- Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area.
- Manage walk-in patients and guide them appropriately.
- Address patient feedback or escalate issues to management as needed. Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software preferred).
- Presentable and customer-service oriented.
- Previous experience in healthcare or hospitality front desk preferred.
