Role Overview

We are seeking an energetic Business Development Manager / Sales Executive to drive B2B revenue for our IT product and service portfolio. You will identify new market opportunities, consult with potential business clients, and close deals across ERP solutions, custom web design, and digital marketing packages.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify, target, and initiate contact with prospective clients via cold outreach, networking, and inbound leads.
- Consultative Selling: Conduct discovery calls and pitch tailored IT solutions (ERP, Web Development, SEO/SEM, Social Media Marketing) to C-level executives and business owners.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, manage deal stages in the CRM,



and accurately forecast revenue.
- Proposal & Closing: Draft technical proposals, deliver product presentations, negotiate contracts, and close new business opportunities.
- Relationship Building: Work closely with technical and project management teams to ensure seamless handoff and high client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 2+ years of proven success in B2B sales or business development within IT services, software, ERP, web development, or digital marketing.
- Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of digital marketing agency services, web platforms, and business management software (ERP/CRM).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a track record of pitching to business leaders.
- Closing Ability: Demonstrated experience running the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract execution.
- Self-Motivated: Solid negotiation skills,
