Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced, high-impact Senior Manager – Business Development & Client Servicing with 5+ years of proven agency experience. In this role, you will take ownership of the revenue pipeline, drive strategic enterprise-level acquisitions, lead high-stakes client pitches, and oversee key account relationships across OOH, digital, and on-ground activations.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Business Development:
Build and execute go-to-market strategies to acquire high-value enterprise accounts, regional brands, and long-term retainer clients.

Key Account Management:




Act as the senior advisor to C-suite and senior marketing decision-makers, managing account profitability, client satisfaction, and multi-year renewals.

Pitch Leadership & Solution Architecture:
Lead end-to-end RFP responses and pitch presentations, translating complex client briefs into high-converting, integrated media strategies.

Cross-Functional Leadership:
Partner closely with creative directors, media planners, and production teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery aligned with commercial scopes.

Commercial Negotiation:
Structure, negotiate, and close high-ticket commercial contracts, media buying terms, and annual service agreements to consistently exceed revenue targets.

Market & Network Expansion:
Leverage an established network of brand marketers, represent the agency at senior-level industry events, and monitor competitive market shifts.
