Role Description
As the Owner of Artfreaks in Ahmedabad, this full-time on-site role involves overseeing the club’s operations, artistic direction, and strategic growth. The Owner will plan and coordinate art-related events, workshops, and competitions, ensuring smooth execution and high-quality experiences for participants. Daily responsibilities include managing budgets and resources, supervising club members and volunteers, and maintaining relationships with institutional stakeholders, partners, and vendors.



The role also requires curating visual themes for festivals and major events, promoting the club’s activities, and fostering an inclusive, collaborative environment for emerging artists.

Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills to guide a creative community and oversee multiple projects.
- Experience in event planning, coordination, and on-site execution, preferably in art, culture, or student-led initiatives.
- Artistic or design background with a solid understanding of visual arts, aesthetics, and creative direction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with artists, students, institutional authorities, and external partners.
- Ability to handle budgeting, resource allocation, and basic administrative tasks in a club or organization setting.
- Proven capacity to work full time on-site in Ahmedabad and manage time effectively across planning, execution, and supervision.
