Job Overview:
We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Visa Counsellor to handle enquiries, communicate with potential clients, explain visa and overseas job opportunities, and convert leads into clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls and respond to incoming enquiries from potential clients.
- Understand clients’ requirements and provide suitable visa/work opportunities.
- Explain visa processes, eligibility, documentation, fees, and timelines clearly.
- Follow up regularly with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain accurate records of client enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Build good relationships with prospective clients and provide professional assistance.
- Achieve assigned daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the visa processing team to ensure smooth client handling.




- Handle client questions and resolve basic concerns professionally.
- Stay updated about the company’s visa services, job opportunities, and ongoing campaigns.

Requirements:
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Communication skills in English and Malayalam; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, customer service, or visa consultancy is preferred.
- Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented approach.
- Basic computer and WhatsApp handling skills.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
