- Prepare the Cath Lab, equipment, instruments, consumables, and emergency supplies before procedures.
- Assist cardiologists during diagnostic and interventional procedures such as coronary angiography, PTCA/PCI, and other cardiac catheterization procedures.
- Operate and monitor Cath Lab equipment as per hospital protocols and manufacturer guidelines.
- Assist in patient preparation, positioning, monitoring, and transfer before and after procedures.
- Maintain sterile technique and follow infection prevention and control protocols.
- Handle guidewires, catheters, sheaths, contrast media, and other procedure-related consumables appropriately.
- Monitor availability and expiry of Cath Lab consumables and maintain adequate stock.
