You’ll Make a Difference By
- The BIM Modeler supports the BIM Manager and project team in delivering compliant BIM, VDC and digital engineering requirements throughout project execution.
- Attend VDC/BIM coordination meetings during design and construction phases to identify and resolve design conflicts,
site constraints and multidisciplinary interface issues.
- Coordinate with Civil, Architectural, M&E; and System-Wide Contractors in the exchange and consolidation of BIM models and project information.
- Develop, maintain and update BIM models in accordance with project BIM standards, the BIM Execution Plan (BEP), information management requirements and ISO 19650 principles.
- Produce and update engineering drawings, layouts and submission documents using Revit, and AutoCAD.
- Manage BIM deliverables and model information within Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), BIM 360, ProjectWise or other Common Data Setting (CDE) platforms.
- Perform model quality checks and ensure compliance with project modelling standards, naming conventions, coordinate systems and data requirements.
