We are hiring an experienced Google and Native Ads Specialist to manage conversion-focused campaigns for US e-commerce, DTC and affiliate offers.

This is a performance-marketing role. We need someone who can independently launch, track, optimize and scale campaigns based on revenue, CPA and ROAS—not only impressions, traffic or lead volume.

The ideal candidate must have strong Google Ads experience and practical knowledge of native advertising platforms such as NewsBreak, Taboola, Outbrain or similar networks.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch and manage campaigns targeting the United States
- Manage Google Search, Display, Performance Max, Demand Gen, Shopping and YouTube campaigns
- Manage native advertising campaigns across NewsBreak, Taboola, Outbrain or similar platforms
- Research keywords, audiences, placements, competitors and winning advertising angles
- Build campaign structures based on product, funnel stage and advertising objective
- Monitor spend, revenue, CPA, ROAS, CTR and conversion rate
- Optimize bids, budgets, search terms, audiences,



placements and creative performance
- Scale profitable campaigns while controlling acquisition costs
- Identify problems across advertisements, landing pages, advertorials and checkout funnels
- Collaborate with video editors and graphic designers to develop new creative tests
- Create explicit creative briefs based on campaign-performance data
- Implement and verify conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager and advertising-platform pixels
- Maintain accurate daily and weekly campaign reports
- Ensure campaigns comply with Google and native-platform advertising policies

Required Experience
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on performance-marketing experience
- Proven experience managing Google Ads with measurable revenue or lead-generation results
- Strong understanding of Search, Display, Performance Max, Demand Gen and YouTube campaigns
- Experience managing meaningful advertising budgets
