We're looking for a driven and confident Sales Development Representative / Business Development Executive who knows how to identify opportunities, start conversations, build relationships, and convert prospects into clients.

This is not a fixed-salary position.

Your earning potential is directly tied to the sales you generate and convert.

What You'll Be Doing

As an SDR/BDE, you will be responsible for:
- Identifying potential clients who need outsourcing/BPO services
- Prospecting and initiating conversations with decision-makers
- Presenting VIBOS's outsourcing and virtual staffing solutions
- Building relationships with business owners and senior decision-makers
- Qualifying prospects and converting opportunities into clients




- Managing your sales pipeline and following up consistently
- Closing business and generating revenue

What We're Looking For

You should have:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Robust English fluency
- Good understanding of sales and business development
- Knowledge or understanding of BPO, outsourcing, virtual assistants, or staffing services
- Confidence in cold calling, prospecting, and client conversations
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- A self-motivated, target-driven mindset
- Willingness to work on a pure commission-based model

Compensation

No fixed salary.

Your earnings are based entirely on the sales you successfully convert.
