About the Role

We're hiring an experienced
Bench Sales Recruiter
to join our US IT Staffing team. The ideal candidate brings strong relationships with Prime Vendors, Direct Clients, and Staffing Partners, along with hands-on experience marketing IT consultants for contract roles.

Key Responsibilities
- Market bench consultants to Prime Vendors, Direct Clients, and Staffing Partners
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with Prime Vendors
- Identify suitable job requirements and submit qualified consultants
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with clients/vendors through the hiring process
- Negotiate rates and drive successful placements
- Generate new business through vendor outreach, networking, and account management
- Collaborate with recruiters to fulfill client requirements efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of submissions, interviews, placements,



and consultant availability
- Consistently follow up with vendors and clients to maximize placement opportunities

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Bench Sales and Business Development within US IT Staffing
- Strong Prime Vendor network with a proven placement track record
- Experience marketing consultants across technologies such as QA, Java, .NET, Cloud, Data Engineering, SAP, and Salesforce
- Solid understanding of W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Dice, and other staffing platforms
- Ability to thrive in a quick-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong follow-up and vendor-management skills
