We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketer to plan, execute, optimize, and scale digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads and other paid-media platforms. The ideal candidate should be data-driven, commercially minded, and experienced in improving ROI, conversions, and customer acquisition.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid search, PPC, or digital advertising.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads.
- Good understanding of Google Analytics/GA4 and conversion tracking.
- Experience with campaign optimization, bidding strategies, remarketing, and audience targeting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage advertising budgets and meet performance targets.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Google Ads certifications.
- Experience managing significant advertising budgets.
- Experience with e-commerce, lead generation, or customer acquisition campaigns.
- Knowledge of Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Meta Ads, and other marketing platforms.
