Job Opportunity: Production Chemist

- Experience Required: 2 to 5 Years (Chemical/Specialty Chemical Industry)
- Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc. Chemistry or Diploma in Chemical Engineering

Key Responsibilities
- Batch Production & Operations: Execute chemical manufacturing batches safely and efficiently according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Batch Production Records (BPR).
- Unit Operations: Handle core chemical processes such as reactions, distillation, filtration, centrifugation, and drying.
- Process Parameters Monitoring: Regularly monitor and record critical parameters like temperature, pressure, reflux time, and pH to ensure product quality and yield optimization.
- Safety & Compliance (EHS): Strictly adhere to plant safety protocols, proper usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and safe handling of hazardous chemicals and solvents.
- Troubleshooting:



Identify and promptly report any equipment malfunctions, process deviations, or safety hazards to the Production Manager.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate daily production logs, shift handover reports, raw material consumption entries, and inventory updates.
- Housekeeping & Maintenance: Ensure clean, safe, and organized working conditions in the plant area and assist in routine preventive maintenance activities.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Hands-on experience in manufacturing within the chemical, specialty chemical, or API intermediates sector.
- Sound knowledge of chemical reactions, material handling, and safety measures (HAZOP awareness is a plus).
- Ability to work effectively in rotating shifts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to plant operations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
