Rolling Contract Open to Agencies, Freelance Experts & Independent Applicants
We're hiring a PR & Outreach Specialist to build earned media, backlinks, and industry mentions for three US-based clients across health-tech, event management, and SaaS industries.
This is *not a link-farming or mass-email role*. You'll pitch journalists, land podcast bookings, secure founder interviews, and build real relationships with editors and hosts who cover health-tech, events, hospitality, and business. You'll work from three dedicated brand email accounts and a dedicated US business phone line.
We're specifically looking for someone with existing PR experience and real, verifiable media relationships — not someone learning outreach for the first time. The advantage is you can work your own hours as long as they produce results for the clients and actually lead to successful calls and partnerships.
What We're Looking For
- 3-4+ years of proven PR, journalist outreach, or digital PR experience with an actual track record — be ready to share real past placements (with links) during the interview
- Solid written English across varied tones — you should be able to write differently for a health-tech editor vs. a luxury events magazine vs. a corporate/enterprise trade publication
- Comfortable and confident on the phone with US media contacts — this is a core, non-negotiable part of the role
- Your Own Access to journalist-matching platforms (HARO, Qwoted, Muck Rack, or similar) - REALLY Strong Plus
- Able to independently manage three separate outreach pipelines without mixing up brand voice or targets
- Reliable availability during the required evening IST shift (to effectively connect with US prospects regularly)

- Existing relationships with health/wellness or events/hospitality media
- Experience pitching founder/executive interviews specifically
- Background in an agency setting managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
