Job Title: Data Entry & PO Verification Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry & PO Verification Executive to handle purchase order (PO) data entry, verification, and documentation. The candidate should have basic knowledge of Tally and good proficiency in MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities
- Enter purchase order and related data accurately into the system.
- Verify all entered PO details against source documents.
- Check item descriptions, quantities, prices, vendor details, dates, and other relevant information.
- Identify and correct data-entry errors and discrepancies.
- Cross-check PO details with invoices and other supporting documents.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Coordinate with the procurement/accounts team to clarify missing or incorrect information.
- Perform regular data verification and quality checks.
- Assist with basic data-entry and documentation activities as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications




- 0–1 years of experience in data entry, back-office operations, procurement support, or a similar role.
- Basic knowledge of Tally is required.
- Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good typing and data-entry skills.
- Ability to identify errors and discrepancies in data.
- Basic understanding of purchase orders, invoices, and vendor documentation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience working with ERP or accounting software.
- Basic understanding of accounting and purchase processes.
- Knowledge of Excel functions such as sorting, filtering, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and basic formulas.

Key Performance Indicators
- Accuracy of PO and data entry.
- Timely completion of PO verification.
- Number of errors identified and corrected.
- Accuracy and completeness of records.
- Proper maintenance of supporting documents.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000
