About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Territory Manager – West Zone to lead and manage our Scan Pro field team. The role is responsible for driving operational excellence, team productivity, customer experience, and revenue growth by ensuring efficient execution of at-home teeth scanning services for aligner consultations.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in field sales management, team handling, performance management, and customer-facing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage the Scan Pro team across the assigned territory.
- Drive daily team productivity and ensure achievement of scan and conversion targets.
- Monitor field operations to ensure timely customer visits and a seamless scanning experience.
- Recruit, onboard, train, and coach Scan Pros to improve performance and service quality.
- Track individual and team KPIs, providing regular feedback and performance reviews.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs, quality standards, and customer service guidelines.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Customer Support, and Clinical teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Optimize route planning and territory coverage to maximize operational efficiency.
- Analyze territory performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement action plans.
- Resolve customer escalations and operational challenges in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate reporting on productivity, attendance, conversions, and team performance.
- Drive engagement and motivation within the field team to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in managing field sales or field operations teams.
- Prior experience in healthcare, dental, diagnostics, retail, D2C, or service-based organizations is preferred.
