Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify potential customers for life insurance products through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship management.
- Conduct cold calls to generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets by selling life insurance policies to new customers.
- Develop solid relationships with existing clients to increase policy renewals and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., underwriting) to resolve customer queries and issues.
