We are looking for an experienced EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) skilled with 3–5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or Ayurvedic pharmaceutical manufacturing industry. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining EHS standards, ensuring regulatory compliance, conducting safety inspections, and promoting a strong safety culture across the manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor EHS policies, procedures, and programs at the manufacturing facility.
- Ensure compliance with applicable environmental, health and safety laws and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and workplace audits.
- Identify hazards and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Monitor safe handling, storage, and disposal of chemicals, solvents, hazardous materials, and pharmaceutical waste.
- Manage hazardous waste, biomedical/industrial waste, wastewater and environmental compliance as applicable.
- Ensure proper use of PPE and conduct regular safety awareness/training programs for employees.




- Investigate accidents, incidents, near misses, and prepare investigation reports with preventive actions.
- Coordinate fire safety, emergency preparedness, mock drills, and evacuation procedures.
- Maintain EHS-related documentation, registers, permits, inspection records, and training records.
- Coordinate with factory, production, engineering, QA/QC and administration teams for EHS compliance.
- Support statutory inspections and audits conducted by regulatory authorities and external agencies.
- Monitor ETP/STP, emissions, waste management and environmental monitoring activities, wherever applicable.
- Prepare periodic EHS reports, safety statistics and compliance reports for management.

Candidate Profile
- Education: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Environmental Science, Chemistry, Industrial Safety, or equivalent qualification. Diploma/PG Diploma in Industrial Safety or EHS will be preferred.
