The Opportunity
The
Associate Director – Strategic Sourcing ‘Core / Agile’
is responsible for defining and leading sourcing strategies and execution across assigned External Manufacturing (EXM) Generics portfolio, in alignment with Procurement Category Management and Teva’s Core / Agile EXM organizations. This role is accountable for delivering enterprise value through strategic supplier selection, commercial optimization, and disciplined sourcing practices.

Reporting to the Senior Director – Strategic Sourcing Core / Agile Lead,



this role operates as a strategic sourcing leader, owning the translation of business needs and category strategies into sourcing approaches, while influencing senior stakeholders to align on sourcing decisions and outcomes. The Associate Director drives both strategy and execution, ensuring sourcing initiatives deliver sustainable value, mitigate risk, and strengthen supplier performance.

This role plays a critical part in advancing procurement maturity by establishing best-in-class sourcing practices, building organizational capability, and embedding structured, data-driven decision-making across the EXM sourcing landscape.
