Position Overview
We are looking for a high-performing international sales professional with hands-on experience in BIM / Engineering services sales/ preferably structural steel, EPC, or related services for outsourced delivery models. The ideal candidate will have a strong existing network and a successful track record of developing recent business across the USA, Canada, UK, or Europe.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for acquiring new clients in North America and Europe.
- Generate leads, build relationships, and close sales with engineering firms, EPCs, contractors, and fabricators.
- Drive end-to-end business development activities from prospecting to proposal presentation and contract closure.
- Collaborate with internal engineering and delivery teams to ensure project alignment with client expectations.
- Maintain strong client relationships for repeat and long-term business growth.
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets in alignment with company objectives.
- Represent Cadeploy Engineering at trade shows, industry events,



and client meetings globally.

Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 7–10 years of international sales experience in BIM or engineering outsourcing services.
- Proven track record of selling to clients in the USA, Canada, Europe, or UK markets.
- Strong understanding of BIM processes, engineering workflows, and outsourced project delivery.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, think strategically, and drive business outcomes.
- Flexibility to travel internationally as required.

Preferred Qualifications
- Existing client network within the AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction) ecosystem.
- Experience using CRM tools and digital business development platforms.
