Digital Marketing Specialist Lead Generation
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for student admissions.
- Generate high-quality leads through Meta Ads, Google Ads, Instagram and other digital platforms.
- Manage and optimize Facebook/Instagram and Google paid campaigns.
- Develop and test ad creatives, copy, audiences and landing pages.
- Monitor CPL, lead quality, conversion rate and admission ROI.
- Coordinate with the counselling/sales team to ensure effective lead follow-up.
- Manage remarketing and retargeting campaigns to improve conversions.
- Conduct audience research and identify new student segments.
- Track campaign performance through Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager and CRM.
- Prepare daily/weekly performance reports and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate with the content/design team for reels, creatives, videos and promotional content.
- Continuously experiment with current platforms, campaigns and lead-generation strategies.
- Ensure marketing budgets are utilized efficiently and deliver measurable admission leads and revenue.





Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or lead generation.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Proven ability to generate quality leads with measurable results.
- Strong understanding of CPL, conversion rate, ROI and campaign optimization.
- Experience in education, admissions, coaching, University,Ed tech or similar lead-generation industries will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of social media marketing, SEO, content marketing and remarketing.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and take data-driven decisions.
- Comfortable working with CRM, lead management and reporting tools.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop and test new campaign ideas.
