About the Role

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive to manage and grow our social media presence. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Instagram content, reels, trends, storytelling, and visual communication, with an interest in architecture, interiors, design content.

Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualise, plan, shoot, and edit Instagram Reels and short-form videos.
- Visit project sites and other locations to shoot photo and video content.
- Develop creative concepts and ideas for reels based on ongoing projects, trends, and the studio's brand.
- Edit videos and create engaging, visually appealing content suitable for Instagram.
- Write captions, hooks, and copy for social media posts and reels.
- Create carousels, static posts, stories, and other social media creatives.
- Maintain and manage the social media content calendar.
- Prepare a weekly content plan outlining upcoming reels, posts, stories,



and shoots.
- Research current Instagram trends, audio, formats, and content styles relevant to the design and architecture industry.
- Coordinate with the design and site teams to identify content opportunities from ongoing projects.
- Ensure content is consistent with the studio's visual identity, tone, and brand positioning.
- Track content performance and suggest ideas to improve engagement and reach.
- Maintain an organised library of photos, videos, edited content, and social media assets.

What We’re Looking For
- Strong creative thinking and the ability to come up with fresh content ideas independently.
- Good understanding of Instagram, especially Reels, Stories, Carousels, and current trends.
- Good video editing skills using tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar software.
- Valuable writing and caption-writing skills.
