- Assist in implementation and monitoring of hospital quality policies and procedures.
- Support NABH accreditation and audit preparedness activities.
- Conduct regular rounds to monitor compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Maintain quality-related records, registers, checklists and documentation.
- Collect and maintain departmental quality indicators and data.
- Assist in preparing MIS reports, dashboards and quality reports.
- Monitor compliance with SOPs, protocols and hospital policies.
- Assist in incident reporting, investigation and follow-up of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Coordinate with various departments for quality improvement activities.
- Participate in internal audits and assist in closing audit observations.
- Monitor patient safety,



infection control and other quality-related practices in coordination with concerned departments.
- Support patient feedback and complaint analysis.
- Maintain minutes and records of Quality Committee meetings.
- Follow up with departments for timely completion of action points.
- Assist in staff awareness and training programs related to quality standards.
- Perform any other quality-related responsibilities assigned by the Quality Manager / Management.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
