We are looking for a high-quality Visa Counsellor who can combine strong communication skills, immigration understanding and commercial ability to guide prospective clients towards the right immigration pathway while maintaining professional and ethical standards.

We are looking for someone who can understand a client's profile, identify the right opportunity, build trust, handle objections, close enrolments and contribute directly to the firm's revenue growth.





THE ROLE

As a Visa Counsellor, you will be responsible for handling prospective clients from the first consultation through enrolment.

You will:
- Understand the client's education, employment, financial, family and travel background.
- Identify suitable immigration, study, visitor or PR pathways.
- Explain eligibility, process, documentation, timelines, risks and professional fees clearly.
- Conduct consultations through phone, WhatsApp, Zoom calls and face to face meetings.
- Convert qualified leads into enrolled clients.
- Follow up systematically with prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate client records and follow-up activities in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the legal, filing and documentation teams after enrolment.
- Achieve individual monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain long-term skilled relationships with clients and referral sources.
