We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to lead and manage a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve daily and monthly targets.
Monitor team performance and productivity.
Conduct coaching, mentoring, and performance review sessions.
Ensure adherence to company processes and quality standards.
Prepare daily performance reports and share updates with management.
Resolve team escalations and provide timely support.
Drive team engagement and continuous performance improvement.

Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Team Leader in a sales process.




Excellent leadership and people management skills.
Solid communication and analytical abilities.
Experience handling team targets, reporting, and coaching.
Ability to work in a fast-paced night shift environment.
