Role Overview

We are looking for a curious, analytical, and detail-oriented Research Intern to support research projects across entrepreneurship, startups, innovation, education, rural development, CSR, public policy, and emerging technologies. The intern will assist in collecting, analyzing, and presenting information that supports organizational programs, strategic initiatives, and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct secondary research using credible online databases, reports, journals, and government publications.
Gather and analyze data related to startups, entrepreneurship, innovation, CSR, education, and public policy.
Prepare research reports, briefing notes, concept papers, and presentations.
Assist in market research, competitor analysis, and ecosystem mapping.
Identify funding opportunities, grants, CSR initiatives, and strategic partners.
Compile and organize research findings into structured documents and databases.
Support proposal writing, project documentation, and knowledge management.




Collaborate with different teams to provide research inputs for ongoing projects.
Stay updated with industry trends, government schemes, and emerging prospects.

Eligibility
Undergraduate or postgraduate students, or recent graduates from disciplines such as:
Business Administration
Economics
Public Policy
Social Sciences
Commerce
Engineering
Management
Data Analytics
Any relevant discipline
Solid academic curiosity and willingness to learn.

Required Skills:
Excellent internet research and information-gathering skills.
Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
Ability to summarize complex information into concise reports.
Robust attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.

Preferred Skills
