MYCPE ONE is seeking an experienced and results-driven Manager - Digital Marketing to lead and execute our end-to-end digital marketing initiatives. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive 360° digital marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth across multiple digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership
Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with organizational goals.
Establish annual and quarterly marketing roadmaps, budgets, and performance KPIs.
Identify growth prospects through market research, customer insights, and competitive analysis.
Drive digital transformation initiatives and evaluate emerging marketing technologies and trends.

Performance Marketing
Lead paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads,



Meta Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant digital platforms.
Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI, ROAS, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
Manage media planning, budget allocation, and channel performance optimization.

Brand & Content Marketing
Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and digital brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Ensure compelling storytelling that enhances customer engagement and strengthens brand equity.

SEO & Organic Growth
Drive organic traffic growth through effective SEO strategies and best practices.
Oversee technical SEO, on-page optimization, content SEO, and backlink development.
Monitor search trends and implement initiatives to improve search rankings and visibility.

Social Media & Community Building
Develop and execute social media strategies across key digital platforms.
Manage audience engagement, brand reputation, and onlin
