Job Responsibilities - Senior Purchase Executive
Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective purchasing in line with organizational objectives.
Identify, evaluate, and maintain solid relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure reliable sourcing.
Negotiate prices, contracts, payment terms, and delivery schedules to achieve the best commercial outcomes.
Procure construction materials, equipment, tools, and services as per project and organizational requirements.
Compare quotations, conduct cost analysis, and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality.
Coordinate with project teams, stores, and site engineers to ensure timely availability of materials.
Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, and product quality, resolving any procurement-related issues.
Identify and mitigate procurement risks, including supply chain disruptions, material shortages, and vendor-related concerns.
Maintain accurate purchase records, purchase orders, contracts, invoices,



and supplier documentation.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, procedures, and statutory requirements.
Conduct market research to stay updated on material prices, recent suppliers, and industry trends.
Prepare procurement reports, MIS, and purchase analysis for management review.
Mentor and guide junior purchase executives and support the overall procurement team in achieving departmental goals.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast material requirements and optimize inventory levels.
Ensure all procurement activities are carried out efficiently while maintaining quality, budget, and project timelines.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
