This is not a traditional accounting role.

What You'll DoAccounts
Manage day-to-day accounting entries
GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
Bank reconciliations
Vendor payments and follow-ups
Customer invoicing and collections
Expense management
Monthly financial reports
Support audits and compliance activities
Maintain accurate financial documentation

Administration
Office administration and coordination
Vendor management
Asset and inventory tracking




Documentation and filing
HR administrative support
Employee onboarding documentation
General office operations

AI-Driven Responsibilities

You'll be expected to use AI every day to improve productivity.

Examples include:
Automating repetitive accounting tasks
Using AI for reconciliation and reporting
AI-assisted Excel analysis
Document summarization
Creating reports in minutes instead of hours
Finding recent AI tools that improve internal operations

We don't expect you to know every AI tool today—but we do expect you to be genuinely excited to learn and use them.
