Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, and digital ads tailored to the real estate market.
Ensure all designs align with the company's brand guidelines, enhancing our brand's presence in the real estate industry.




Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to understand their design needs and provide creative solutions.
Coordinate with printers to ensure the highest quality for all printed materials.
Revise designs based on feedback from stakeholders to ensure they meet company objectives.
Keep abreast of the latest trends in graphic design and the real estate industry to ensure our materials are fresh and relevant.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
2 - 4 Years of graphic design experience, preferably in real estate or related industry.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, 3D) and other graphic design software.
Robust portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work in a quick-paced workplace and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
