Role Overview:
As a Talent Acquisition Intern at Bloom Skills, you will work closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition to support mentor hiring across our 7 Bengaluru centres.

Key Responsibilities:
Source mentor leads through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Indeed, job portals, and referral networks.
Coordinate and schedule screening interviews, assessments, and demo classes.
Support mentor onboarding, including profile collection, documentation,



training coordination, and induction.
Collaborate with Area Heads and management teams to ensure timely hiring and deployment.
Track hiring metrics and provide regular recruitment updates.

Eligibility & Requirements:
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in MBA, PGDM, BBA, B.Com, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
Solid verbal and written communication skills.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
Interest in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Recruitment, or Operations.
Prior internship experience is an added advantage but not mandatory.
Working knowledge of Google Sheets, Microsoft Office, and basic productivity tools.

What We Offer:
Stipend: ₹8,000 per month
Performance Bonus: Up to ₹2,000 per month
-Duration : 2 months + extension or full time conversion based on performance
Exposure to end-to-end recruitm
