Key Responsibilities
Facilitate Scrum Events: Lead daily scrums, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Remove Impediments: Proactively identify and resolve obstacles hindering team progress.
Coach the Team: Educate team members on Agile principles, practices, and self-organization.
Protect the Team: Shield the team from external interruptions and distractions.
Support the Product Owner: Assist with backlog refinement, prioritization, and product planning.
Monitor Metrics: Track velocity and project progress to facilitate continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in an Agile team setting.
Certification: Preferred: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Skilled Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent.
Knowledge: Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Tools: Proficiency in project management software like Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
Skills: Exceptional communication, servant leadership, conflict resolution, and coaching abilities.
