Key Responsibilities
Provide safe and compassionate nursing care to patients.
Monitor patients and report changes in their condition to the appropriate medical team.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the treating physician.
Monitor and record vital signs and patient progress.
Assist doctors and other healthcare professionals during clinical procedures.
Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
Follow established clinical, safety, and infection-control protocols.
Educate patients and caregivers regarding treatment and basic post-care instructions.




Maintain skilled standards of patient care and confidentiality.
Coordinate effectively with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
Work rotational shifts according to departmental requirements.

Eligibility
GNM, B.Sc. Nursing, or Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing.
Valid Nursing Council Registration.
Freshers may apply.
Experience in General Ward or Private Ward is preferred.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.
Willingness to work rotational shifts.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary: ₹12,000 - ₹20,000 per month, depending on qualifications, relevant experience, and role suitability.
