Maintain and troubleshoot laser cutting machines, CNC bending machines, hydraulic and mechanical presses, welding equipment, compressors, and material handling systems.
Analyze equipment failures and perform root cause analysis (RCA) to prevent recurrence.
Monitor machine performance and implement reliability improvement initiatives.
Coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime and maximize equipment availability.
Supervise maintenance technicians and external service providers during maintenance activities.
Ensure proper maintenance documentation, service records, and machine history are maintained.
Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement of critical maintenance items.
Participate in installation, commissioning, and modification of current machinery and equipment.
Review machine manuals, drawings, and technical specifications for maintenance planning.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, lockout/tagout procedures, and company maintenance policies.
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to productivity, quality, and equipment performance.
