About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
Report Verification: Accurately review and sign off on a high daily volume of pathology, biochemistry, and hematology reports.
NABL Compliance: Implement, manage, and audit all protocols to ensure the laboratory is fully compliant with NABL regulations.
Quality Control: Monitor daily internal QC, run EQAS, and ensure precision across all testing machines.
Specialized Reporting: Perform and report on FNAC, cytology, and peripheral blood smears.
Team Supervision: Guide and manage the senior technician team.
Required Qualifications:
Education: MD or DNB in Pathology (MCI/NMC registered).
Experience: 3+ years of post-qualification experience in a high-volume diagnostic laboratory.
NABL Expertise: Mandatory knowledge of NABL guidelines, documentation, and audit preparation.
Availability: Ready for a full time, daily on-site role in Jagadhri/Yamunanagar.
