About Betterway
Betterway is building evidence-based care for chronic musculoskeletal and lifestyle conditions through a combination of expert clinicians, technology, and home-based care. We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Physiotherapist to join our team to deliver high-quality physiotherapy services at patients' homes.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct detailed physiotherapy assessments, including pain, range of motion, muscle strength, posture, gait, and functional ability.
Deliver rehabilitative care and pain management through manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and physiotherapy modalities.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records.
Coordinate with Betterway's doctors, senior physiotherapists, and care team to ensure continuity of care.
Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs,
posture correction, and injury prevention.
Travel to patients' homes across Gurugram as per scheduled appointments.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy (BPT).
Valid registration with the State or National Physiotherapy Council.
Minimum 6 months of clinical experience.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Empathetic, professional, and patient-centric approach.
Willingness to travel for home visits within Gurugram.
Ability to work independently while adhering to clinical protocols.
