Key Responsibilities:
Curriculum Development: Develop, update, and review course materials to align with current educational standards and industry practices.
Student Assessment: Design and grade assignments, quizzes, and examinations to evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
Mentorship & Support: Advise students on academic pathways, career development, and accounting qualified certifications (e.g., CA, CPA, ACCA).
Research & Institutional Service: Engage in academic research, publish findings in relevant journals, and participate in departmental meetings or faculty committees.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: Master’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field.
Certifications: Skilled accounting certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA, ACCA, CA) are preferred.
Experience: Prior teaching experience at the higher education level (colleges/universities) or significant industry experience.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP,
Tally) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Soft Skills: Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
