Core Collection Responsibilities
Connecting with customers through Exotel (mandatory for all calls)
Follow up with allocated cases — Taking PTP, Sending digital payment links, etc.
Collection as per cases allocated
DRR & Milestone closing — achieve daily collection targets
Self-Management — plan and manage field activities independently
Payment remittance within defined TAT (within 24 hours)
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
