Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management -
Develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers and project stakeholders.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to position the right solutions.
Ensure timely follow-ups throughout the business development lifecycle.

Business Development and Oversight
Identify and develop upcoming Commercial Interior Fit-out, Corporate Workplace, Healthcare, Hospitality and Institutional project opportunities.
Build and strengthen relationships with Corporate Clients, Architects, Interior Designers, PMCs, IPCs,



Developers and Workplace Consultants.
Track upcoming office expansions, relocations, refurbishments and workplace transformation projects.
Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities and CRM records.

Proposal & Tender Coordination
Coordinate Pre-Qualification submissions, capability presentations, RFPs and Tender submissions.
Work closely with Estimation, Design and Project teams during proposal development.
Track proposal status, client feedback and business conversion.

Strategic Growth & Market Intelligence -
Monitor Commercial Real Estate developments and emerging project prospects.
Support leadership with account development, market intelligence and business planning.
Prepare client reports, meeting minutes and prospect updates.
3+ years of relevant BD / Client relationship experience.:
Solid understanding of the Commercial Interior Fit-out / Design & Build proj
