8 to 12+ years of experience in High-Fashion Western Wear (Tops, Dresses, Trousers/Bottoms).
Absolute mastery in MANUAL drafting and DRAPING (CAD is NOT compulsory).
Deep understanding of complex western cuts, cowls, bias cuts, corsets, and structured fits.
Must be able to grade sizes accurately by hand.
Capability to guide and supervise sampling tailors to ensure high-quality finishes.
Targeted output of 3 distinct current style designs cut per day.
Selection Process: 1-day practical trade test at our Vasai unit (Paid trial)
