We’re hiring for an International Banking Process, Inbound. You’ll handle customer queries for banking services, provide accurate information, and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls for banking products/services
Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally
Maintain call quality and compliance standards
Update CRM and document interactions accurately
Requirements:
Education: Graduate
Experience: Min 1 year in International BPO
Communication: Very valuable English, V5 level required
Age Limit: Up to 35 years
Shift time: 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM, any 9 hours
Weekly off: 2 rotational offs
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
