Role Overview

We are looking for energetic, creative, and media-savvy graduates who are passionate about digital entertainment, OTT platforms, and social media. This internship provides hands-on exposure to content strategy, audience engagement, creator collaborations, and OTT operations.

Key Responsibilities.

Research trends in OTT, microdrama, web series, and short-form content.
Monitor social media platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook for emerging trends.
Assist in content planning and creative brainstorming sessions.
Conduct competitor analysis and prepare market research reports.
Coordinate with content creators, production teams, and internal stakeholders.
Write captions, content descriptions, and promotional copy.
Assist with social media campaigns and audience engagement.
Review app content and provide quality feedback on user experience.
Support content uploads, metadata management, and content categorization.
Generate ideas to improve user engagement and content discovery.

Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in BMM, BAMMC,



Mass Communication, Journalism, Advertising, or a related field.
Fresh graduates (2025/2026) or final-year students are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills:
Strong interest in OTT platforms, films, web series, and digital entertainment.
Excellent communication and writing skills.
Understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media trends.
Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT is an added advantage.
Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a quick-paced startup workplace.
