Position Summary
The Faculty - Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is responsible for delivering academic instruction, providing clinical supervision, mentoring learners, and supporting curriculum development in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. The role may be engaged as a full-time in office faculty member or as a visiting faculty member with remote or hybrid responsibilities.

Mandatory Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must possess at least one of the following active credentials:
Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA)
Qualified Autism Services Practitioner-Supervisor (QASP-S)
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)
Note: Applicants holding only an ABAT (Applied Behavior Analysis Technician) certification are not eligible for this position.
Key ResponsibilitiesAcademic Responsibilities
Deliver classroom instruction on ABA principles, interventions, ethics, and evidence-based practices.
Conduct lectures, workshops, seminars, and training sessions.
Develop and update curriculum, course materials, and assessment tools.
Evaluate student performance and competency.
