We are looking for a confident and experienced Immigration Calling Executive to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Communicate with clients in fluent English.
Understand clients' immigration requirements and provide accurate information.
Maintain excellent client relationships and ensure a positive customer experience.
Follow up with potential clients and manage leads effectively.
Maintain proper records and complete assigned tasks on time.
Be punctual, disciplined, and able to manage time efficiently.
Requirements:
1 to 4 years of experience in Immigration Calling.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Strong client handling and communication skills.
Good time management and skilled attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
