Key Responsibilities
Conduct patient assessments and clinical examinations
Manage admitted IPD patients under consultant supervision
Attend emergency and casualty cases
Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
Coordinate with consultants, nursing staff, and allied healthcare teams
Handle patient admissions,



transfers, and discharge documentation
Respond to medical emergencies and code situations
Ensure timely clinical documentation and treatment updates
Counsel patients and relatives regarding treatment plans
Adhere to hospital protocols, patient safety standards, and quality guidelines
