We have stood the test of time by continuously evolving: transitioning from manufacturing traditional chokes and starters for tube lights, to pioneering high-efficiency LED systems, and now engineering cutting-edge, smart-home compatible lighting ecosystems.As we scale our operations and transition toward developing proprietary product lines, we are seeking a hands-on Electronics Engineer to lead our bench diagnostics, component repair, quality control, and recent product development.

Key Responsibilities
Research, Development & New Technologies
Technology Evaluation: Research and evaluate emerging smart lighting protocols (e.g., Matter over Thread, Zigbee 3.0, DALI-2, 0-10V, Phase Dimming) and smart control modules.
Prototyping & IP Development: Assist in testing, prototyping, and developing proprietary lighting fixtures, housing designs, custom PCB layouts,



and driver integrations.
Competitor Teardowns & Benchmarking: Perform reverse-engineering teardowns on OEM/competitor products to evaluate heatsink performance, optical efficiency, driver topologies, and build quality.
Component-Level Bench Repair & Diagnostics
Perform deep technical diagnostics and bench repairs on returned, damaged, or defective fixtures, LED boards, and electronic power supplies (drivers).
Maintain a detailed Failure Analysis Log to identify defect trends across product lines and factory batches.
Quality Control (QC) & Inbound Batch Testing
Establish and execute QC inspection protocols for inbound shipments from overseas manufacturing partners.
Test driver power factor, voltage stability, thermal dissipation, color consistency, and flicker rates using lab testing equipment.
