Key Responsibilities:
Own the end-to-end embedded software testing lifecycle, including test planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting across global teams.
Lead manual and automated testing for embedded systems, ensuring comprehensive coverage across unit, integration, system, and regression testing.
Define and implement regression testing, risk-based testing strategies, and defect prevention practices to ensure software quality.
Collaborate with Program Managers, Project Leads, Architects, and cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and business objectives.
Provide technical leadership and mentor globally distributed engineering and testing teams,
driving continuous improvement in software verification processes.
Preferred Skills:
Robust experience in embedded software testing and test automation.
Hands-on knowledge of Software FMEA, regression testing, and risk-based testing methodologies.
Experience working with global, cross-functional engineering teams.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
Experience:
Software testing: 7 years (preferred)
Embedded software: 5 years (preferred)
