We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Sales Specialist to expand our software business and build solid customer relationships.

Role Summary

Key Responsibilities
Generate current business through calling, referrals, networking, digital leads, and other sales activities.
Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations and client presentations.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial discussions.
Negotiate and close business opportunities.




Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and customers.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Update customer information and sales activities in CRM.
Coordinate with the implementation and support teams for smooth project handover.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
Identify new market opportunities and contribute to business growth.

Required Skills:
Mandatory experience in Software Sales.
1 to 3 years of experience in selling ERP, CRM, SaaS, Accounting Software, HRMS, or other Business Software Solutions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong business development and customer relationship management skills.
Ability to understand customer requirements and provide suitable software solutions.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
